A graduate of the London School of Economics, he has held several positions supporting the use of data in African public administrations. In 2024 he founded The Nexus Lab, convinced that the design, implementation and evaluation of cooperation projects must be grounded in solid evidence.

An economist by training, Pénélope brings solid experience in monitoring and evaluation, notably in the MENA region where she supported entrepreneurship programmes. She joined The Nexus Lab in 2025 and contributes to evaluations of cooperation projects in France and worldwide.

A graduate of ESCP Paris, Zoé has been analysing value chains in Africa since 2022. She joined The Nexus Lab in 2026 and has contributed to several knowledge capitalisation exercises in West Africa.
